What are the opening hours?

Mon - Fri: 10:00 - 6:00 pm
Sat: 10:00 - 2:00 pm
Sun: Closed

How can I order?

Products can only be ordered via the website.

What payment options are there?

You can pay with us with iDeal, Visa, Paypal and Klarna

What is your return policy?

If you want to return a product, you can do so within 14 days of receipt without reason. Register your return via info@deluxenailshop.com. Products must be returned within 14 days, shipping costs are for own account.  After receipt of the goods, the amount due will be refunded .

What are the shipping options?

The Netherlands €5.75 ( above €75,- FREE )

Belgium €12.75 ( above €100,- FREE

A product is not in stock, what now?

The product will be back in stock within a few days. Keep an eye on the website.

I have a complaint/comment, what should I do?

Send an email to info@deluxenailshop.com with a clear description of your complaint/comment. You will be contacted as soon as possible.
