Terms and Conditions

Article 1: Definitions


In these general terms and conditions is understood:

- contractor: Beauty by Lena in Zevenaar.

- client: a counterparty who is a natural person, whether or not acting in the course of a business or profession, or a legal entity.


Article 2: Applicability

When purchasing the items and/or training, the customer agrees to the terms and conditions below, unless otherwise agreed.

Article 3: Prices

​

All prices are expressed in euros and are exclusive sales tax (VAT). Special offers are only valid while stocks last. Delivery costs are not included in the price. Delivery costs for outside the Netherlands have special rates. With regard to certain payment methods, further conditions apply with regard to the delivery method and the associated costs. This will be clearly communicated to the buyer. 

All prices on the website are subject to printing errors or changes.

Article 5: Delivery

​

Orders will be delivered as soon as possible to the address specified by the client. We aim to deliver the items within 2 days. The delivery time mentioned is only an indication, therefore no rights can be derived from it. to be presented a second time. The costs for this are for the account of the client. As soon as the items to be delivered have been delivered to the specified delivery address, the risk with regard to these items is transferred to the client.

Article 6 : Cancellation

​

All delivered items must be returned to "Beauty by Lena" in reasonably possible original packaging within 14 days after the cancellation.  risk for shipping. The purchase amount will be refunded to the client within 14 days of receipt, provided that all items are in undamaged condition and can also be offered for sale again.

Article 7: Return Policy


If you want to return a product, you can do so within 14 days of receipt without reason. Register your return via info@deluxenailshop.com. Products must be returned within 14 days, shipping costs are for own account.  After receipt of the goods, the amount due will be refunded . During this period, the client will handle the articles with care. The product can only be used to the extent necessary to assess the product.

Article 8: Warranties

​

The soundness of delivered articles  is guaranteed by "Beauty by Lena", on the understanding that on delivered articles no less or more guarantee is given than to the contractor by the supplier/manufacturer is given. This warranty is immediately void if the defect is due to neglected care, willful damage or oversight. 

The client is aware that some products can cause allergic reactions in a limited number of users.

Article 9: Copyright Act

​

"Beauty by Lena" reserves the rights and powers to which it is entitled under the Copyright Act. All rights to images provided remain the property of "Beauty by Lena". De by "Beauty_cc781905-5cde-3194-bb3b-136bad5cf97-5c58d_by Lena" -136bad5cf58d_productions to be delivered or delivered may not be copied, multiplied, reproduced or imitated in any process whatsoever without its written permission, even if they are not copyrighted.

Article 10: Liability

​

For damage, of whatever nature, caused by "Beauty by Lena" based on incorrect and/or incomplete information provided by the client, "Beauty by Lena" is not liable, unless it should have been aware of this inaccuracy or incompleteness. 

Any liability of "Beauty by Lena" is at all times limited to the amount paid out in the relevant case under the liability insurance of "Beauty by Lena".

"Beauty by Lena" is not liable if the client has the option to address the damage directly to his insurance company or that of a third party.

"Beauty by Lena" is never liable for indirect trading loss such as loss of income and the like from whatever cause.

Article 11: Defects

​

"Beauty by Lena" recommends checking the delivered items immediately upon receipt and reporting any defects within days of receipt in writing with an image of the defect.Report the defect  to info@deluxenailshop.com.

Article 12: Complaint/Comment

​

"Beauty by Lena" recommend that you first make your complaints and or comment known in writing by sending an email toinfo@deluxenailshop.com. We will look for a suitable solution together.

Article 13: Force majeure

​

Force majeure means all circumstances that prevent the fulfillment of the obligation, and which cannot be attributed to "Beauty by Lena". This includes weather conditions, fire, strikes, business failures, stagnation in supplies for whatever reason, illness of irreplaceable employees, power failures, sabotage, the unavailability of the internet site at any time, war, threat of war, government measures, etc., without is obliged to demonstrate the influence on the prevention or delay. If the period of force majeure lasts longer than 1 month both parties are entitled to dissolve the agreement without any obligation to pay compensation in that case._cc781905-5cde-3194- bb3b-136bad5cf58d_

Article 14: Applicable law

​

Dutch law applies to every agreement between the contractor and the client .
